Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated professional to support and enhance our financial systems. This role combines accounting knowledge with technical problem-solving to ensure system accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide user support and troubleshoot issues across financial systems and integrations.

  • Maintain and improve system functionality through updates, testing, and enhancements.

  • Partner with finance teams to define requirements and implement new features.

  • Document procedures, develop training materials, and support user testing (UAT).

  • Act as a point of contact for financial system projects and small-scale initiatives.

  • Maintain audit documentation and assist with internal and external audit requests.

  • Manage system administration tasks such as user access, data loads, and form updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial systems or accounting; real estate or asset management background preferred.

  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and data workflows.

  • Experience with tools such as Yardi, Vena, Concur, Nexus, Longview, or Passport is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to collaborate across teams.
