Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$39.30-$57.80/Hrs

Description
Lead and coordinate the process for a Workforce management system RFP and selection initiative.
Engage with customer stakeholders and coordinate with a Business Analyst.
Oversee vendor interactions and manage timelines.
Fast-tracked project with requirements consolidation due by September 2025.
Plan for implementation in 2026-2027.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall Workforce management system RFP process.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst to gather, validate, and document requirements.
Facilitate conversations with stakeholders to align on priorities and objectives.
Drive project schedules to meet deadlines for vendor submission.
Manage vendor engagement, including RFP responses and product demos.
Ensure clear governance, progress reporting, and communication.
Present the implementation roadmap for the shortlisted system.

Qualifications
8 years of experience in project management within IT/ERP domains.
Strong track record in managing vendor RFPs and product selection.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to deliver on aggressive timelines in fast-paced environments.
PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
