Job Details
Title: Agile Scrum Master - Lead Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 Duration: 12 Months Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an IT environment.
Proficient in using Agility or similar agile project management tools.
Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems is a plus.
Key Role Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
Scrum & Leadership:
Leading and facilitating Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Demos, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Ensuring these events are effective and focused on achieving team goals.
Removing Impediments:
Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Acting as a liaison between the Scrum team and external stakeholders to address issues, including initiative Kickoffs, feedback loops and progress discussions.
Coaching and Mentoring:
Coaching the Scrum team and the wider organization on Scrum theory and practice.
Helping the team understand and adopt Agile principles and best practices.
Promoting Self-Organization:
Empowering the team to self-organize and make decisions about their work.
Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Ensuring Adherence to Scrum Framework:
Identifying areas for improvement in the team's workflow and processes.
Experimenting with new approaches and practices to enhance team performance.
Serving as a Liaison:
Acting as a bridge between the Scrum team and other stakeholders, including product owners and management.
Communicating the team's progress and challenges effectively.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the Airline industry is preferred but not mandatory. Education & Certifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

- Scrum Master will work closely with AWS and OpenShift/ROSA professionals.
- Hands-on experience in building ROSA and ROSA clusters is good to have.
- Product Owner experience is a plus.

- AWS Cloud Build experience is necessary.
- Some planning experience is required.
- DevOps experience is essential.
Scrum & Leadership:
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams as a Scrum Master.
- Must have a stable career record in a similar role.
- Will work closely with AWS engineers for implementation.
