Description

We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. This position involves working with Oracle Fusion systems to optimize and streamline configurations, ensuring the long-term stability of our business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex environments and resolving operational challenges effectively.

Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough evaluation of existing Oracle Fusion configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to scheduled jobs, over-customization, and misconfigurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows, configurations, and system dependencies.
Re-map and reconfigure Oracle Fusion modules to align with industry best practices and organizational needs.
Provide expert advice on Oracle Learn, Payroll, and Redwood UI implementations.
Develop and present a roadmap for sustainable system operations after the engagement.
Address gaps in existing documentation and enhance process clarity.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and knowledge transfer.
Focus on optimizing system performance and improving overall functionality.
Deliver high-quality solutions within the specified contract timeline.

Requirements

Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and related modules.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP/CRM consulting roles.
Strong technical expertise in analyzing and resolving configuration and operational issues.
Ability to manage complex environments and untangle customized systems.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with Oracle Learn, Payroll, and Redwood UI implementations.
Demonstrated ability to align systems with industry best practices.
Contract-specific availability for both onsite and remote work.
