We are currently seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of networking technologies and a proactive approach to managing enterprise-level systems. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of the company s network infrastructure. You will take part in architecture reviews, develop new standards for network administration, and troubleshoot complex issues across a variety of systems. Your expertise will be vital in supporting, maintaining, and upgrading network hardware and software, while mentoring junior engineers and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT teams on architecture reviews, ensuring all network standards and requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve network stability, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Research and recommend automation and innovative approaches to streamline network administration tasks.
  • Maintain network documentation to improve governance and management.
  • Oversee daily system monitoring, troubleshoot network issues, and manage network infrastructure including core network, wireless, and remote office setups.
  • Perform network-related backups, disaster recovery operations, and hardware/software repairs.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior network administrators and engineers.


Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of network administration experience with a deep understanding of network technologies.
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or 2+ years of equivalent professional experience).
  • Certifications: CCNP / JNCIP / JNCIS or equivalent credentials.
  • Advanced expertise with network technologies, including Firewall, Routing, Switching (Aruba, Juniper), and SDWAN (Velo Cloud).
  • Proficiency with POTS, DS1/T1, Fiber, VoIP, SIP, and various network CLI languages (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper).
  • Advanced knowledge of network protocols, including BGP, OSPF, iBGP, MPLS, VPN, and Spanning Tree.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems creatively.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience administering large-scale, distributed enterprise networks with over 200 sites.
  • Familiarity with Wireshark, network troubleshooting tools, and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Experience with Aruba switches, Airwave, Clearpass, and large-scale network upgrades.
  • AWS Associate level certification.
