Workday Configuration Expertise: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Security, Business Processes.

Integration Experience: EIBs, Workday Studio, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, Document Transformations.

Top Skills:
Hands-on experience configuring multiple Workday HCM functional areas, including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process, and security.
Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration platform.
Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing.
Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
Work closely with the onsite team, the offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.

Detailed Job Description:
Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in a support role.
Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications.
Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
Workday Pro Certifications Integrations and HCM preferred.
Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with non-technical end users.
