Title: Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Greensboro, NC

Summary
- Contribute to mechanical and manufacturing initiatives for fuel dispenser structures, hydraulics, mechanisms, electronics packaging, user interfaces, etc.
- Work with Manufacturing and production to ensure design changes meet production needs.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Create tooling and fixture designs to improve manufacturing process
- Submit and authorize Engineering Change Notices/Orders (ECN/ECO)
- Implement new parts into ERP/SAP system from beginning to end.
- Manage and report project costs, scheduling, and resource planning to leadership team.
- Create and implement standard work processes for 2D drawings, GD&T, 3D CAD models, technical design reviews and engineering change orders used across global teams to ensure consistent, robust design practices.
- Develop and maintain Product Requirements Specifications, DFMEAs, and competitive benchmarking documents throughout development process.
- Visit field trial sites to oversee installations and ensure product functionality.
- Manage BOM and ERP configurator documents for parts groups and kits.
Requirements
- BS Engineering and ideally 3+ years of experience
- Willing to consider less experience based on ability.
- Familiarity with ECN/ECO, ERP and Creo (preferred). Will entertain Solidworks/AutoCAD
- Tooling and Fixture design experience
