We are seeking an accomplished Quadient Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Customer Communication Management (CCM) modernization programs, with a strong focus on Quadient Inspire based digital transformation. This senior role requires deep expertise in CCM platforms, legacy-to-modern migration, architecture strategy, and enterprise-level delivery management.
The ideal consultant will drive technical leadership, program oversight, and stakeholder collaboration across planning, design, build, testing, and deployment stages. Experience with insurance domain workflows, mainframe extraction logic, and document transformation between CCM products is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Technical Leadership
- Lead full-cycle CCM modernization projects using the Quadient Inspire platform (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Automation, Dynamic Communications).
- Define enterprise-level technical architecture, integration frameworks, and modernization roadmaps.
- Provide program governance, drive execution across planning/design/build/test/deployment phases.
- Lead legacy CCM migrations: Documaker, OT Exstream, Xpression Quadient.
- Oversee sanity checks and data extraction logic from mainframe and legacy systems; proactively identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Develop accelerators/tools to automate template migration, content modularization, and workflow rationalization.
- Establish governance for template lifecycle, versioning, content management, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise best practices, SLAs, coding standards, and security frameworks.
- Collaborate with business, IT, QA, infrastructure, and product teams to gather requirements and align delivery milestones.
- Lead teams of Quadient designers, developers, testers; provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Integrate Quadient with enterprise systems including CRM, ECM, print-mail systems, email/SMS gateways, and APIs.
- Drive performance optimization, load balancing, and high-volume document generation using Scaler + Automation.
- Support omnichannel customer communication enablement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert-level proficiency with Quadient Inspire modules: Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Dynamic Communications, Automation.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale CCM modernization or transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience in legacy migration from Documaker, Exstream, Xpression, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer communication strategy, template design, and document lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of print/email/SMS workflows, accessibility standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience with API/Web services integration.
- Expertise in performance tuning, load balancing, high-volume batch processing.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Quadient Inspire Certification (Developer/Architect)
- Background in Insurance or BFSI domain
- Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies
