Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing identity & access management solutions.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience implementing identity management solutions using NetIQ Identity Manager (NetIQ/OpenText IDM) and Identity Governance & Administration (OpenText IGA)
Minimum 2 years of experience in java programming & REST API
Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as Windows Active Directory, O365, Salesforce, Archer, MS SQL Server, Postgres, AWS, and Azure
Knowledge of Guidewire platform and applications such as Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center is a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, Agile methodology, CI/CD processes, along with hands on experience using ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence and GitHub is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather and document requirements for JML (joiner, mover & leaver) process automation and access re-certifications for enterprise applications
On board applications on NetIQ Identity Manager & OpenText IGA by installing and configuring drivers, implementing policies and setting up the roles
Develop and configure custom drivers & collectors as required
Debug & resolve issues for existing applications on IDM
Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Mentor and train team members on NetIQ/OpenText IDM and IGA
