Job Title: IT Field Support Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Field Support Analyst to provide on-site technical support across various locations in the Fishkill, NY area. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Perform system upgrades, imaging, and software installations
  • Support end-users in person, via phone, or remote tools
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities
  • Travel between client sites as needed in and around Fishkill. NY area
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in IT support or field service roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
  • Experience with hardware setups, imaging, and deployments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical environments
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
