Description

Job Overview:

We are searching for an experienced Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager (BA / PM) for our Corporate & Operations Applications team. This role involves developing business analysis solutions with an emphasis on processes and technology and handling small to mid-sized projects within the Finance division, facilitating significant interaction with business users and the Information Services (IS) team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include communicating with business teams and senior management to outline and define business requirements, use cases, information models, workflows, test cases, and business cases. Also required is the effective delivery of high-quality solutions, managing medium-to-small Finance projects, staying abreast of recent technological advancements, and suggesting measures for enhancement. Moreover, you'll need to create, maintain, and continuously update process documentation for the team, onboard, train, and support Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and develop standardized solutions.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in ERP with Finance or a similar role, as well as experience with 5+ ERP implementations with direct deliverables in the Finance sector, and creation of quality validation deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

A master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, with at least 9 years of experience as a business analyst in Finance, and 5 years of experience in a regulated medical device company.
A comprehensive understanding of Finance and supply chain processes and a willingness to learn new technologies and ERPs.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, adaptability, and multitasking capabilities, along with proficiency in project management and familiarity with Azure DevOps will be appreciated.
Experience on a global scale is a bonus.
