Lead Development and Analytics Engineer

Piper Companies is looking for a Lead Development and Analytics Engineer for a Healthcare Services company for a Remote Opportunity!

Responsibilities for the Lead Development and Analytics Engineer:

• Heavily focused on providing leadership in delivering a complex data warehouse and pipeline initiative and leveraging that environment to deliver top-line business value, in addition to planning the long-term data warehouse integration roadmap
• Be a senior member of the software and data analytics engineering department to design, develop, deliver, and support the custom application and data solutions

Qualifications for the Lead Development and Analytics Engineer:

• At least 10 years of experience in developing complex software solutions with the Microsoft on-premise and Azure stack, SQL*Server, stored procedures, complex query tuning, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, designing, and developing complex, enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience in managing a small team of IT engineers, analysts, and/or project managers in the application development and project delivery of medium to large scale projects.
• Previous experience with modern data warehouse platforms, like Snowflake, AWS, etc
• Previous experience in developing solutions with non-Microsoft development and agile tools and technologies.
• Knowledge in data warehousing and report building with clinical data.
• Hand-on experience in modern development techniques (agile, devops, cloud development).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Compensation for the Lead Development and Analytics Engineer:

• $150,000-$155,000
• 100% Remote Opportunity
