We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS CRM Functional Consultant to work closely with business users in Install Base, Service Contracts, and Field Services modules. The consultant will drive continuous improvement of CRM process flows by conducting discovery and working sessions, customizing EBS modules, and streamlining business processes. Experience: 5+ years

Collaborate with business users to understand and enhance day-to-day CRM processes in Install Base, Service Contracts, and Field Services.

Conduct discovery sessions and working sessions with Conference Room Pilot (CRP) users to gather requirements and identify process improvements.

Experience with Oracle Cloud CX and Oracle Cloud CRM migration and implementation projects is a great plus.

Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, and related Oracle Cloud CX modules.

Proven ability to lead or support migration from on-premise Oracle EBS CRM to Oracle Cloud CX solutions.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud migration tools, integration patterns, and best practices for CRM cloud adoption.

- Customize Oracle EBS CRM modules to streamline and optimize CRM workflows.
- Lead and facilitate CRP, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and System Integration Testing (SIT) as required.
- Document functional design specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide functional expertise during configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to CRM modules.
- Work with technical teams to implement customizations and integrations.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS CRM modules, specifically Install Base, Service Contracts, and Field Services.
- Proven experience conducting CRP sessions and managing UAT and SIT cycles.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 CRM functional processes and configuration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solution designs.
- Experience in customizing Oracle EBS CRM modules to improve process efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS documentation standards such as MD50/BR100 is a plus.
- Oracle EBS CRM Functional Consultant certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
