2. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Benchmark features and capabilities to maintain a leading edge in the FCC solution space.

3. Regulatory Compliance Alignment

  • Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory frameworks such as BSA, AMLD, FATF, OFAC, and FinCEN.
  • Ensure all product features and updates are in full compliance with evolving laws and industry best practices.

4. Backlog Ownership & Agile Execution

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on customer value, compliance urgency, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Agile development teams through sprint planning, story grooming, and release planning.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Lead requirement elicitation workshops, validate use cases, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

6. Feature Design & Delivery

  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for new product features and integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

7. User Experience & Interface Optimization

  • Partner with UX/UI teams to improve product usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
  • Design intuitive interfaces tailored for compliance officers, investigators, and risk professionals.

8. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs to track product performance, usage, risk-detection accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use data analytics and customer feedback to guide iterative enhancements.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Go-To-Market Support

  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on enablement, onboarding, and product positioning.
  • Provide product demos, training materials, and support for RFP responses when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
