This position will install, operate, secure and maintain dedicated Program Information Technology Infrastructure that is required to deliver products to our customers.

As a Systems Administrator, your expertise will play a crucial role in integrating logistics, manufacturing, and engineering into a cohesive ecosystem. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of a secure network that supports all tools and, more importantly, the personnel involved in this mission.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support a broad range of basic systems and application support activities
• Provide support for Windows Operating Systems (OS)
• Provide basic network support
• Support of VMware ESX environments
• Provide operations support for both servers and desktop systems
• Provide analysis of computing requirements
• Install, configure, and maintain systems hardware, software and components
• Ensure computing inventory tracking and shipping
• Document and implement computer applications
• Provide restoration of basic computing service operation
• Support activities to ensure security of information and systems
• Provide comprehensive computing support in closed environments
• Protect classified and proprietary information
• Support security audits as assigned
• Maintain knowledge of various government and corporate security plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Active CompTIA Security+ certified (or similar certification meeting DoD Directive 8570.01 Certification Requirements)
• 7+ years of experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems (Server 2016-2022 Windows 10)
• 7+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering current Windows Server 2016 - 2019 and Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 10
• 7+ years of experience in performing hardware installation, modification and testing
• 7+ years of experience implementing software

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 10 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience designing & implementing Windows Systems
• 7+ years of experience troubleshooting operating system and installation problems
• 7+ years of experience with a broad range of basic systems and application support
• Experience with maintaining/configuring AD to include applying domain group policies
• Experience with scripts to automate deployment and configuration of operating systems
• Experience creating and maintaining multiple virtual servers based on VMware
• Experience evaluating and effectively communicating complex system problems and resolution
• Experience Integrating security solutions (McAfee, Splunk, HBSS) into information systems
