Job Details
Dispatcher / Service Coordinators needed for a 2+ month contract position starting ASAP and working remote from within the United States!
Hours available: All shifts are Sunday through Thursday
- 12:00pm 9:00pm CST
- 1:00pm 10:00pm CST
- 2:00pm 11:00pm CST
Responsibilities:
- Calling each technician scheduled for installations to confirm attendance 24 hours prior to installation date, then 2 hours prior.
- If technician is unreachable or no longer going to perform the installation, scheduling another technician for the site.
- Will ensure that the technician understands the work scope and expectations for the installation.
- Making sure all paperwork post-installation has been completed accurately and submitted to mark completion of site.
- Any IT background is a definite plus!
