Job Details

Job Title: Partnerships Operations Lead
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert commercial terms into actionable launch plans, SLAs, and success metrics.
  • Develop partner onboarding programs, including data mapping and compliance
  • Create scalable programs to enhance activations and listing quality.
  • Design incentive frameworks to boost partner performance
  • Develop partner scorecards and establish regular performance reviews.
  • Build automated dashboards and run experiments to optimize outcomes.
  • Standardize integration requirements and develop SOPs for various processes.
  • Collaborate with product and legal teams to prioritize integration and regulatory needs.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in Consulting, Partnerships Ops, or Marketplace Ops.
  • Proven ability to scale programs with measurable impact.
  • Proficient in technical integrations and data analysis (SQL/Sheets required).
  • Experience in designing incentives and SLAs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong API partnership management and operations experience understands integrations (e.g., Fair Harbor, Acuity) and can coordinate across tech and business teams.
  • Advanced data analytics and performance tracking skills able to measure, monitor, and optimize partner supply channels independently.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and technical fluency can translate complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders and drive proactive supply growth initiatives.
