Job Title: IT Product Manager

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Hybrid (3 Days onsite in a week.)

Job Overview: As the Product Manager, you will be the product manager responsible for customer journeys such as Package Delivery & Pickups, implementing new and improved Services as well as supporting outcomes. Experience in marketing & warehousing is a plus. You will work closely with departments across Marketing, Customer & Operations Technology. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget, and competitive analysis for the product.

Objectives of the Role:

  • Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.
  • Deliver customer value by analyzing customer needs leveraging design thinking techniques, current market trends, competitive analysis, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective.
  • Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.
  • Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments (PI).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in product design, technology, or related field
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Experience with marketing & warehousing
  • Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting
  • Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams
  • Ability to inspire a team as if a small business owner
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
  • Proficient with MS Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA)
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
