We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic BIIG reporting team. This role is integral to our operations across multiple geographical regions and involves collaborating with various clients on global reporting data. You will work on developing and analyzing historical reports, gaining insights from datasets that span different clients and regions.

The base salary range for this position is $ 38.56 - $55.08 hourly, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.

This role is integral to our operations across multiple geographical regions and involves collaborating with various clients on global reporting data. You will work on developing and analyzing historical reports, gaining insights from datasets that span different clients and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Reporting team to manage, analyze, and report on data for multiple clients across various geographies.
Work with historical data sets to generate comprehensive reports for global applications, ensuring data accuracy and consistency - Utilize BI tools such as UDW, RMS, MFT, PBI, and the newly implemented DOMO platform to produce live global reports.
- Engage in data analysis to provide actionable insights for single and multi-client requirements-present data findings to stakeholders, offering recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making.
- Continuously improve reporting processes by leveraging the latest BI tools and techniques.
- Ensure all reports are aligned with client requirements and delivered within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on global reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in BI tools such as UDW, RMS, MFT, PBI, and DOMO. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge in WFM Workforce Management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
