Summary

Title: Junior Oracle Business Analyst (Functional) Contract to Hire

Location: Remote (PST or Central Time Zone preferred)
Duration: 3 6 Months Contract to Hire

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Junior Oracle Business Analyst with strong functional understanding of core financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) within Oracle Fusion ERP. The role supports finance, procurement, and compliance teams during a critical growth phase leading up to IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Support business operations across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes.
Liaise with Oracle support for issue resolution and reporting.
Draft and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance (SOX) activities.
Handle L1 support tickets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (or Oracle ERP).
Strong grasp of business processes: PR to PO cycle, O2C workflow, and procurement fundamentals.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management preferred).
Knowledge of Compliance/SOX principles.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Additional Info:

Remote role; must work PST or Central hours.
Bay Area candidates may need quarterly travel to San Francisco.
Immediate start preferred.
