Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions for the mortgage industry. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough manual testing processes to identify and address software defects.
Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of testing procedures.
Perform regression testing to validate fixes and updates across software releases.
Audit systems and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
Investigate and report suspicious activities, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
Create detailed documentation for test plans, procedures, and outcomes.
Proactively identify testing gaps and implement solutions to enhance quality assurance processes.
Ensure all software meets functional and performance requirements before release.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in the mortgage or rental industry.
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.
Experience with regression testing and identifying system vulnerabilities.
Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Familiarity with suspicious activity reporting and security protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
