Position Overview Our healthcare client is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support across multiple ambulatory and specialty care locations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a dynamic, multi-site environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Provide hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows 10/11 environment Perform PC imaging and deployments Support Microsoft 365 applications and services Handle break/fix repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory updates Communicate effectively with site staff and escalate issues when necessary ________________________________________ Requirements Experience: 2+ years in IT support or related field Technical Skills: o Windows 10/11 administration o Imaging and deployment tools o Microsoft 365 support o Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, tablets)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
