We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Applications who must be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader capable of owning the vision, execution, and ongoing optimization of enterprise business systems. This role will require deep expertise in ERP platforms (preferably NetSuite), HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), Construction Management platforms (preferably Procore), a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the ability to manage product backlogs, drive cross-functional initiatives, and align technology with business priorities. This leader will proactively stay current with application roadmaps and new releases to ensure the organization leverages modern capabilities, driving automation and business process optimization.



As a leader and communicator, the Director, Enterprise Applications will bring a deep understanding of enterprise systems architecture, business process design, and the product development lifecycle. They will excel in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, facilitating collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, and delivering systems that enhance efficiency, insight, and operational excellence.


Plan, analyze, provide assessment of solutions, design, implementation and operational management to support corporate organizations (Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Development, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Sales organizations) for our core applications (ERP, HRIS, Construction Management, etc.).



  • Leader of change management driving adoption of new systems and processes across the business portfolio to align with the corporate roadmap and strategy.

  • Serve as the Product Owner for enterprise applications, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure maximum value delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate needs into functional specifications, and prioritize features and enhancements.

  • Lead business analysts, internal teams, and vendors on development, support, and release activities.

  • Drive execution of large programs and portfolio of projects through prioritization, planning (objectives, success criteria, scope, timelines, and cost) and oversight.

  • Partner with the security and compliance team members to implement and operationalize necessary controls and policies.

  • Manage cross-functional teams to define, build and implement business process and technology solutions that increase efficiencies, improve decision support / analytics capabilities and assist the business in obtaining its revenue goals.


Oversee training and adoption efforts, ensuring documentation, user guides, and onboarding materials are created and maintained. Organize regular application training sessions to drive business adoption and maximize the value of enterprise tools.


Leader will look for opportunities to utilize AI in bringing more efficiency and automation.



MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA a plus).


7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, including at least 2 years in a Product Owner or equivalent role.


Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.


Proven success managing a product backlog, leading sprints, and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.


Deep expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred), HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred), Construction Management platforms (Procore strongly preferred), integration platforms (Workato, Boomi, etc.).


Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


Data center experience would be a strong plus
