Job Title: ServiceNow QEA Lead
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow QEA (Quality Engineering & Assurance) Lead to join our team onsite in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading quality engineering efforts for ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. This role requires deep understanding of testing best practices, hands-on experience with automation tools, and expertise in ServiceNow modules and customizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for ServiceNow projects
  • Define test plans, test cases, and automation strategies aligned with business requirements
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage
  • Implement and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, ATF (Automated Test Framework), and other tools
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to QA team members
  • Track and manage defects, risks, and quality metrics using tools such as Jira and TestRail
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in QA with at least 3+ years in a lead role
  • Strong experience in testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT)
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus (CSA, CAD, CIS in any module)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working directly at or with ServiceNow
  • Performance testing tools experience (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools
