Role: Epic Research Analyst - Must be certified
Length: 6-12 Month contract, 40 hours/week
Location: Remote
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Epic Builder with certification in Epic Research to join our healthcare IT team. This role is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining Epic Research modules to support clinical trials, observational studies, and data-driven research initiatives within the Epic EHR system. Additional Experience with Cosmos and/or Genomics is a preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Epic Research modules to support research workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical research teams, analysts, and IT staff to gather requirements and translate them into effective Epic solutions.
  • Build and optimize research-specific tools, including study protocols, recruitment workflows, and data collection instruments.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and data integrity.
  • Provide end-user support and training for research staff using Epic tools.
  • Stay current with Epic updates and best practices related to research functionality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
