Senior Product Manager (Baltimore, MD / Wilmington, DE / or New York, NY)

Role:

• Partner with business and engineering leaders to define and communicate product OKRs that align tightly with the firm s growth and innovation strategy.
• Build and maintain a practical, forward-looking product roadmap balancing quick wins with scalable, long-term initiatives.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle: epics, backlog management, user story development, release planning, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the glue between cross-functional teams ensuring alignment across data, engineering, and the business.
• Stay close to market dynamics and customer needs integrating competitive intelligence and feedback loops into product development.
• Provide structured, data-backed updates to executive stakeholders; drive product decisions using KPIs and clear performance metrics.
• Strategic alignment + execution muscle someone who understands the bigger picture but can operate at the detail level.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams must be able to interface with execs, engineers, and business stakeholders alike.
• Product discipline comfort working within a high-accountability, results-driven culture.
• Customer-centric and analytical mindset using feedback and data to drive iteration and improvement.
• Experience in complex platform environments particularly around credit, pricing, or data science in financial services or fintech.
• 5+ years of experience in a Product or Product Operations leadership role within a tech-driven org.
• Experience working on complex, data-heavy platforms in regulated or high-stakes industries.
• Strong familiarity with Agile development, modern SDLC tools, and OKR-driven planning environments.
• Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
