What you will do:

  • Develop and manage test case automation frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
  • Implement comprehensive testing for cloud-based applications in different environments.
  • Conduct detailed testing of IoT devices to ensure efficient performance and integration.
  • Author, evaluate, and implement test cases for functional, regression, integration, smoke, and security testing.
  • Apply Jira for test case management and progress tracking.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and give polished presentations to key partners.
  • Contribute effectively within an Agile framework to support iterative development processes.
  • Use GitHub for version control and collaborative development of test scripts.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and regulations.

How you will get here:

Education

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proven expertise with automation frameworks including Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Jira.
  • Experience in testing cloud-based applications and IoT devices.
  • Proficiency in Python is an asset.
  • Extensive background in functional, regression, integration, smoke, and security testing.
  • Proficient in writing, reviewing, and completing test cases.
  • Extensive understanding of software testing methodologies and standard processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in automation scripting and tools.
  • Highly self-motivated with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in English.
  • Extensive experience operating within Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
  • Skilled in crafting and presenting comprehensive test reports.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards is an advantage.
  • Experience with additional testing tools and frameworks like PyTest or Robot Framework.
  • Experience in performance and load testing.
  • Insight into cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
