Job Details

Title: Project Coordinator Duration: 6+ Months Location: 100% Remote

Overview:
Our client is seeking two (2) Project Coordinators to support ongoing initiatives within the AT Core Tech Refresh Program and general project delivery efforts. Require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role 1: Project Coordinator AT Core Tech Refresh Program
This coordinator will support a long-term technology refresh initiative by assisting project managers with administrative and operational tasks, primarily within ServiceNow PPM and Smartsheets.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project data in ServiceNow PPM
  • Support project managers by managing documentation and tracking deliverables
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with deadlines
  • Attend client and internal meetings to capture action items and updates


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow PPM (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets and Google Workplace
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Role 2: Project Coordinator Project Delivery Support
This coordinator will work closely with a Project Delivery Manager, assisting with repetitive tasks, research, and documentation. The role is more dynamic and involves shadowing, running meetings, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating schedules and meetings
  • Support documentation efforts including planning and progress reports
  • Monitor team progress and coordinate client support efforts
  • Run meetings in the absence of the manager
  • Communicate frequently with team members and leadership


Preferred Skills:

  • Previous project coordination experience.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Google Workplace; ServiceNow PPM is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities
