UI/UX Designer

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Contingent Worker - Information Technology As a UI / UX Designer, you ll lead the design of elegant, intuitive, & conversion - savvy experiences that guide our customers from the spark of discovery to the satisfaction of checkout. You ll work closely with product managers, engineers, & cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life ideas rooted in real human needs, real business goals, & thoughtful design.

• Design for our eCommerce products, including websites, mobile apps, & other digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, & competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, & high - fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Shape journeys that not only drive conversion but feel effortless meeting users where they are & helping them take the next step with ease.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately & effectively.
• Analyze user data ( e.g., heatmaps, A / B tests ) to iterate & improve user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, & emerging technologies in eCommerce.
• Ability to challenge the status quo & innovate on current & anticipated consumer behaviors
• Excellent visual & interactive skills.
• Experience conducting user & market research.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, & communication skills.
• System-thinker with the ability to see impact holistically.
• The ability to critically analyze data & articulate hypotheses
• Strong portfolio showcasing end - to - end eCommerce design projects (web & mobile).
• Proficiency in design & prototyping tools ( Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. ).
• Strong understanding of responsive & mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of HTML / CSS & front - end capabilities (not required but a plus).
• Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, & performance optimization for eCommerce sites.
