Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead data-driven initiatives and manage cross-functional teams. This role involves collaborating with Operations Data and SAP HANA teams to drive dashboard development, manage requirements, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead project discussions including requirements gathering, scheduling, standups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Ops Data and SAP HANA teams to drive the development of interactive dashboards.
- Manage project scope, define success criteria, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Oversee end-to-end Technical Program Management, balancing both technical and business requirements.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and key decisions effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure team alignment and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Databricks
- Hands on knowledge of building Power BI OR Tableau dashboards
- Ability to work effectively with a team of engineers and other teammates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
