- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Create user stories, process flows, and data models as needed.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training for business users.
- Provide post-deployment support and monitor Salesforce system performance and adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Salesforce features and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years working specifically with Salesforce.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM platforms including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly preferred.
