Job Details
A healthcare organization headquartered in the Phoenix valley is seeking 1–2 experienced Project Managers to provide short-term support during the final stages of a Workday implementation project. This engagement will focus on end-to-end (E2E) testing coordination and delivery ahead of year-end deadlines. The ideal consultant will be a hands-on, detail-oriented project manager capable of driving alignment between internal teams, external partners, and multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate E2E testing activities across HCM and Payroll workstreams.
- Support Workstream Leads and business owners through testing cycles.
- Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings; document notes, actions, and decisions.
- Track and manage issues in Jira, ensuring timely resolution and progress visibility.
- Maintain clear communication between internal stakeholders and 3rd party implementation partner.
- Assist with administrative tasks required to keep testing and validation moving efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within ERP or Workday environments.
- Familiarity with HCM and Payroll modules strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with Jira or equivalent issue-tracking tools.
- ERP testing or go-live experience a plus.
