Job Description:
Pay Range: $51hr - $56hr
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
  • Strategize and conduct innovation workshops involving stakeholders, marketing leaders, business heads and tech leads.
  • Support new business initiatives and work with a cross-disciplinary team to help define and execute concept direction to meet the client's business needs.
  • By engaging deeply with the client, analyze existing systems and understand existing and upcoming challenges of the product/business and the target audience.
  • Conduct innovation workshops, presentations, research studies, etc.
Team Leadership:
  • Provide a strong creative point of view and bring clarity to the design/digital process.
  • Maintain and support high standards for detail, integrity and rigor, ensuring all the deliverables adhere to the benchmark.
  • Assess project scope, guide teams in initial design phases, through final delivery and collaborate with design and engineering teams.
  • Advocate efficient methods for creating prototypes, interactions, libraries, and journeys.
  • Mentor and review the talent pool to support and grow teams.
Innovation:
  • Plan and create strategic points of views encapsulating consumer insights, business success metrics, and innovative solutions.
  • Deep understanding of future mega-trends, solutions for large-scale problems and building scalable design systems.
  • Develop creative/strategic briefs, workshops, inspiration sessions to guide the creative team.
  • Execute high-level creative aspects of each engagement to guide the design team.
Requirements:
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in design discipline: Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Product Design, Communication Design, or Fine Arts.
  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • An online portfolio with latest projects showcasing abilities across a wide range of platforms.
  • Share the password if protected, or be prepared to showcase the work during the interview.
  • Must have a strong point of view towards user-centered design methods and knowledge of innovation strategies and design thinking approaches.
  • Skills to produce output using relevant design and AI software suite (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience of working in agile methodology is a plus.
