Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Consultants or Managers to join a Treasury-focused IT initiative within a leading global bank. This is a long-term engagement where candidates will leverage their full stack development expertise to modernize reporting, data integration, and automation within the Treasury function.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable ETL pipelines to move and transform data from multiple source systems into data warehouses and marts.
• Automate Excel/EUC spreadsheets and manual reporting processes using Python, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Build and optimize data warehouse solutions, including schema design, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Implement data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation strategies from diverse sources (databases, APIs, flat files).
• Develop Power BI applications to distribute reports to users, manage multiple apps within Power BI Service, and administer Power BI premium capacities.
• Configure Power BI security (object-level, data-level, dataset security using AD groups and database tables).
• Work with Treasury business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver timely results.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to best practices for data integration, reporting, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Programming & Automation: Strong knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and ETL processes.
• Data Integration & Warehousing: Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Data Bricks, and Azure Analysis Services.
• Reporting & Visualization: Deep experience with Power BI (including Power BI apps, Power BI Service, premium capacities, and security). Knowledge of Tableau, Crystal Reports, and Business Objects is a plus.
• Banking/Financial Products: Prior experience with Treasury instruments, Fixed Income, CDs, Treasuries, FX, or other financial products.
• ETL Tools: Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools (Apache Airflow, Talend, SSIS).
• Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and trade lifecycle in financial services.
