Job Details

Title: SAP Service/Field Service Consultant

Duration: 6 Months

Location: LATAM (Brazil and Argentina support)

Job Profile for Latin America Support.

  • Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
  • Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions
  • Field Service support and implementation is a plus
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus
  • Experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components is a plus
  • Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end implementation projects
  • Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, and advanced in Spanish
