Title: SAP Service/Field Service Consultant
Duration: 6 Months
Location: LATAM (Brazil and Argentina support)
Job Profile for Latin America Support.
- Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
- Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes
- Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions
- Field Service support and implementation is a plus
- Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus
- Experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components is a plus
- Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end implementation projects
- Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, and advanced in Spanish
