Job Details

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Simulator Event Scheduler to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling and providing support services during required simulation periods. The Scheduler will ensure that all support services meet FAA qualifications and certification requirements based on FAA needs. This role requires timely coordination, scheduling and communication relevant to pilot support services, as well as logistical support to ensure simulator pilots report for duty at the proper time and location.

This position is expected to be on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule simulation events in accordance with FAA requirements.
  • Provide support services during simulation periods, ensuring all services meet FAA qualifications and certification standards.
  • Validate that all provided support services align with FAA needs and requirements.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with all relevant parties regarding pilot support services.
  • Provide logistical support to ensure pilots report for duty at the correct time and location.
  • Respond to last-minute schedule changes and updates as project schedules necessitate.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled simulations and support services provided.
  • Collaborate with FAA representatives to receive notice of scheduled simulations and upcoming support requirements.
  • Coordinate and track the training of all scheduled personnel to ensure all are fully trained in accordance with the minimum qualifications outlined in the Task Order.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with TGF simulation pilot software or similar computer-based simulation pilot software.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in pilot and/or flight simulator scheduling.
  • Experience scheduling flight or simulator crews, matching qualification and experience to events
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes and updates efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.
  • Upon conditional offer of employment candidates will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.
  • Verification of past employment, verification of education and references are also required.

Skills Preferred:

  • Experience working at the William J. Hughes Technical Center.

Education:

  • HS Diploma/GED and 15-20 years related experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years related experience OR
  • Master's degree and 7-12 years related experience.
