Job Title: IT Desktop Support/Field Services Support
Location: 100% onsite - Hemlock, MI. M-F, 8am - 5pm.
Interview Process: One Round Video Panel Interview, Second Round possible if needed
Pay Range: $20-22/hr.
No overtime Pay
Job Description-
Administer Active Directory and manage asset lifecycle.
Provide remote/onsite technical support, including smart hands tasks, mobile device support, and end-user equipment moves.
Troubleshoot Cisco VPN, antivirus threats, software/hardware issues, printers, and various browsers (Edge, Chrome, etc.).
Support cloud applications (Microsoft & 3rd-party), Mac OS (limited), and meeting/conference room setups.
Perform workstation imaging, deployment, software/security installations, patching, and system monitoring.
Conduct performance testing, diagnosis, and resolution of IT issues; escalate/assign to appropriate teams when needed.
Coordinate with media, corporate events, and IT teams for technical support.
Escort vendors, manage documentation, onboard/train new hires, and ensure confidentiality.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities with strong organization, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required; Associate s degree preferred.
Hands-on computer/server/networking hardware experience beyond imaging/deployment.
Proficient in time management, communication, and team collaboration.
Self-starter with ability to motivate and work in dynamic environments.
