Currently seeking a Building Automation Programmer for our team in where you'll play a critical role in designing, programming, and commissioning advanced building automation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BAS architectures per client specs
- Select appropriate control systems and hardware for projects
- Provide technical support and inspect control enclosures
- Lead multiple project implementations and coordinate BAS support technicians
- Participate in project design reviews and configure systems
- Develop user interfaces, control algorithms, and project graphics
- Conduct internal testing, provide documentation, and perform client demos
- Supervise or work with teams onsite for system startups
- Install and configure project software, perform point mapping, and system commissioning
- Troubleshoot and perform modifications, ensuring quality and efficiency
MUST HAVE:
- Proven experience as a Building Automation Programmer, with a strong focus on Tridium Niagara.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and related building technologies.
- BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience
- Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Honeywell, KMC, or others
- Comfortable being in the field up to 30% of the time
