Role: CRM Solution Architect Location: New Jersey- Onsite Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end CRM architecture solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements.
Lead the CRM strategy, roadmap, and platform governance aligned with customer experience goals.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and recommend best practices.
Ensure CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) are optimized for performance, scalability, and integration.
Develop data models, integration plans, and workflows between CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, support tools).
Oversee development, configuration, and implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and security protocols.
Provide technical leadership to CRM developers, system admins, and project managers.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions for enhancements and plug-ins.
Stay up to date with CRM industry trends and translate them into actionable improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred).
7+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years as a CRM Solution Architect or similar role.
Proven expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of CRM data structures, APIs, integrations, and customization techniques.
Hands-on experience with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
