RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a dynamic Quorum Application Support resource in Houston, Texas (TX). This individual will be used by the regulated local distribution companies (LDC) to support gas supply, volume administration, on-system transportation and accounting functions in the management of their business. It is important also to have a growth mindset and be willing to learn and support other applications as well. This position will report onsite 3 days/week and work remote 2 days/week.
Duties:
* First line user support: Assist in error resolution, usage questions, OJT training, etc.
* Upgrade (Windows OS and database) planning and testing, including test case development/tracking
* Define requirements and/or develop new reports and other user-requested enhancements
* Develop and/or enhance current system documentation
* Liaise with Quorum support to achieve problem resolution
Quorum Modules:
* ESuite
* Contract Management (QCM)
* Gas Marketing (QGM)
* Pipeline (QPTM)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Functional and/or support experience in one or more of the modules utilized, preferably QGM and QPTM
* SQL query development
* VB.NET development nice to have
* Crystal reports and/or Business Objects/QQM
* Citrix application publishing/management nice to have
* Must have excellent communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
