Job Details

Role: Python Developer
Location: (Dallas, TX-Chicago, IL-Scottsdale, AZ)
Mode of Work: Onsite/Hybrid
Type: Contract (C2C OR W2)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Experience required: 9+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and PySpark on GCP
  • Leverage Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Composer
  • Optimize performance of large-scale distributed data systems
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to meet data delivery and transformation needs
  • Ensure data quality and reliability through testing, logging, and monitoring
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
  • Develop automated workflows using Apache Airflow (Google Cloud Platform Composer)

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Python development
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with PySpark for distributed data processing
  • Strong experience working with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), especially BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Composer
  • Solid understanding of SQL, data warehousing, and performance tuning
  • Experience building and optimizing ETL pipelines in production environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies
