Job Description:
- The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and commercial roles, supporting the organization’s Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by ensuring timely access to high-quality talent aligned with business growth objectives. This role focuses on proactively sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, while partnering closely with hiring managers and GTM stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs.
- The Recruiter serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
- In addition, the role involves managing offers, maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, and supporting onboarding processes, while contributing to the successful execution of GTM strategies through talent acquisition planning and market-driven hiring insights.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment of technical and commercial professionals including managing the professional hire selection and hiring process of candidates.
- Sourcing and screening applicants.
- Conducting telephone interviews; final assessments and managing offers.
- Seek out candidates through networking, social media and other tactics to hunt out the top people to fill open positions
- Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions and other details before and after interviews
- Make job offers to applicants who pass screening and interview processes and are approved by management by providing them with an offer letter and discussing the benefits, requirements and details of the position
- Maintain paperwork on applicants throughout the process and set up new human resource records for new hires.
Requirement:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise – End-to-end ownership of hiring from workforce planning through onboarding.
- GTM-Aligned Talent Acquisition – Proven ability to align hiring strategies with Go-To-Market initiatives and revenue growth objectives.
- Technical & Commercial Hiring Experience – Deep hands-on recruiting for technical, sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles.
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping – Proactive pipeline building using market intelligence and competitive talent insights.
- Workforce Planning & Hiring Forecasting – Translating GTM roadmaps into scalable, phased hiring plans.
- Senior Stakeholder Partnership – Trusted advisor to hiring managers and GTM leaders with strong consultative influence.
- Candidate Assessment & Interviewing – Advanced screening, competency-based interviewing, and quality-of-hire focus.
- Candidate Experience Management – Primary point of contact ensuring a professional, consistent, and brand-aligned candidate journey.
- Offer Management & Negotiation – Managing complex offers, compensation discussions, and senior-level closures.
- Data-Driven Recruiting Execution – Using recruiting metrics, ATS insights, and market data to drive hiring effectiveness.
