Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our NetSuite platform to align with dynamic business needs. Your expertise will help drive system improvements, streamline processes, and support data-driven strategies across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Customize and configure NetSuite modules to optimize business workflows, including scripting, form creation, and workflow management.
Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems using SuiteScript and middleware tools.
Design and manage dashboards, reports, and saved searches to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the NetSuite platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to maximize system utilization.
Manage system security by configuring roles, permissions, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Test and implement NetSuite updates regularly to maintain system performance and alignment with business goals.
Recommend and deploy enhancements to improve scalability and overall system functionality.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in ERP/CRM development, with a focus on NetSuite.
Proficiency in client-side scripting and SuiteScript for customizations and integrations.
Hands-on experience with creating Business Requirement Documents to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Expertise in configuration management and system optimization.
Proven ability to develop APIs and manage integrations with third-party applications.
Familiarity with Salesforce development and integration techniques.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and train end users.
