Opportunity Summary
Unique opportunity to leverage your deep Veeva CRM Administration experience, and your experience working with patient and/or commercial data to become the Lead Administrator of a Salesforce Health Cloud (Health Cloud) CRM with an established and growing midsized biopharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop into the in-house SME for the nascent Health Cloud CRM
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimize their use/ROI of the Health Cloud CRM
- Manage/facilitate the seamless day-to-day operations of Health Cloud CRM
- Uphold data governance, compliance, and privacy standards and regulations
- Oversee updates, system releases
- Provide valuable insights to help build more and better insights and analytics

Hybrid: Work onsite and from home 2/3 days per week
Location: Northern/Central NJ within a commutable distance from many areas of NJ, Eastern PA, and the New York Metro area.
Relocation: Relocation support is available for eligible candidates
Qualifications
- BS or MS in quantitative, science, technology, engineering, or related fields
- CRM Administration experience with Veeva, SFDC, or Health Cloud
- Commercial and/or Patient Data: experience working with aggregated and integrated Commercial and/or Patient Data from multiple sources/data feeds (e.g., hubs, pharmacies, distributors, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, etc.)
- Therapeutic Areas: experience working with data for Hematology, Oncology, Neurology, and/or Rare Disease indications
- Governance, Compliance, and Privacy: experience ensuring compliance with access, use of data to satisfy regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PHI )
- Certification: Veeva and/or Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required
- Communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders
