Position: Feature Lead


Location: Charlotte


Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr.


Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Feature Lead with strong expertise in data analysis, transformation, and end-to-end data solutioning. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial data, experience working in Agile environments, and a strong understanding of complex data systems including regulatory reporting or capital markets/trading products.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead feature-level solution design and delivery for data-centric initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end data solutions.

  • Analyze and transform data across various systems, ensuring accurate data flow, lineage, aggregation, and reporting.

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Support Agile ceremonies and work within a cross-functional team to meet delivery timelines.


Must-Haves:



  • 8+ years of experience as a Technology Feature Lead or in Data Analysis/Transformation roles.

  • Proven expertise in end-to-end data solutioning.

  • Strong understanding of financial data, data flows, data lineage, and reporting systems.

  • Hands-on experience navigating databases and working with data aggregation techniques.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in cross-functional team settings.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies.

  • Either Regulatory Reporting experience (e.g., FRY reports) OR Capital Markets/Trading Products experience (e.g., options, swaps, derivatives).
