Are you a seasoned ERP Project Manager looking to take on a dynamic global role? We are hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a high-impact, multi-country ERP transformation initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across the US and Europe while delivering business-critical solutions in warehouse operations, demand planning, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle ERP implementation and migration projects across multiple geographies
Manage end-to-end project planning, budgeting, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
Drive the successful transition of warehouse management and planning systems
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline processes and improve system capabilities
Ensure adherence to project governance, risk management, and change control protocols
Regularly report progress to executive leadership and manage vendor relationships

What We re Looking For:

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ERP environments
Proven track record of delivering at least one end-to-end ERP implementation as a PM
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), or similar ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor)
Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Demand Planning / Forecasting
Solid understanding of project management methodologies Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
Ability to manage change, mitigate risk, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
