Our confidential financial sector client is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalogue development and configuration.

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Service Catalogue items, workflows, and approvals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certification in ITSM or related modules (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalogue.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs for customisation and integration.
- Experience with workflow automation, UI policies, and client/server scripts within ServiceNow.
