Role : Account Manager and IT Sales
This is a Fulltime & Hybrid Type Barrington IL, position with significant travel to client locations in Illinois and out of state

This is a Sales Role with Customer Success Management responsibilities. Accounts Manager will support existing clients and identify new opportunities for Services and Solutions. This individual is responsible for fostering relationships with the executives and decision makers and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Be involved with the ongoing engagements to acquire the depth and breadth necessary for earning the client s confidence and respect
Be the account executive and primary contact for the client managing the relationship owning the customer satisfaction outcomes
Identify and close growth opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients, adding value to their accounts.
Follow up with the clients regarding timely payment of invoices
Build strong relationships with account leadership teams
Assume fiscal responsibility for managed accounts, including budget management and expense tracking
Document and escalate project issues and dependencies
Manage accounts against key business targets and performance indicators
Lead monthly sessions with stakeholders, customers, and senior management
Act as a customer liaison and manage client expectations
Leverage methodologies, personal experience, and best practices to accelerate account growth.
Provide leadership and drive customer success
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree in business related field or equivalent is required
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required
Direct sales experience in Analytics solutions including statistical, econometric, optimization or comparable models
Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts and solutions to all levels of
management
Leadership, mediations and negotiations skills
Strong client relationship management skills
Experience contributing to revenue and client satisfaction
Passion for data, process, customer success, and cross-functional collaboration
Self-starter capable of managing multiple accounts in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Desired Experience and Skills:
MS degree or an MBA in a quantitative discipline such as finance, commerce, mathematics, statistics, systems
engineering, economics or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge of Analytical tools, software and technology platforms available in the marketplace
Exposure to IT Systems and Architecture, Operating Systems
Technical experience in the area of delivering Analytical and Data warehousing solutions
Functional experience in areas such as Finance, Operations, Marketing, Risk and IT
Consulting or direct industry experience in a domain such as Financial Services, Asset, Management, Technology, Healthcare or Insurance
