Job Description:

  • Seeking a Dynamics 365 Engineer to design and implement robust D365 solutions, specifically for F&O (Finance & Operations) and CE (Customer Engagement/CRM).
  • Requires 5+ years of IT experience, spanning at least two disciplines (e.g., technical cloud architecture, network management).
  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, Project Operations (Project Ops), D365 F&O, D365 CE, and LCS (Lifecycle Services).
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching team members, and driving solutions towards cloud transformation goals.
  • Responsible for system design, engineering solutions using Microsoft CRM, Azure features, and .NET technologies.
  • Interact with business users to gather requirements, perform Proof of Concepts (POCs), and convert them into working models.
  • Manage D365 patch and wave releases, and oversee the creation and management of sandbox/production environments within the Power Platform.
  • DevOps & Release Management: Build and configure DevOps pipelines for promoting D365 customizations to ALM environments, including stage-based approvals.
  • Support & Optimization: Provide production system support, analyze/resolve critical business issues, and evaluate market tools to improve business processes.
  • Best Practices & Mentorship: Ensure the implementation of D365 best practices, define Power Platform governance, and offer technical mentorship to peers.
