Mobile Transport Integration Manager-Nokia Routers-Hybrid/Plano TX.

Our Client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a Mobile transport integration manager. This will be a long-term contract with the option to be converted to a FTE at a salary between $120,000- $140,000 per year.

The position requires you to be onsite at least 2/3-days per week in Palno. The position can be staffed at one of our client's locations in Plano, TX (preferred), Alpharetta, GA or Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities:
The manager needs to dimension, align and manage the delivery team.
Participate in the meetings with the customer, where they turn technical.
Gather the requirements on the deliverables and align the team.
Build efficiency and quality enhancement plans
Contribute on the solution building and guarantee the implementation of them
Track the performance of the team and work on the team-s development
Address any possible escalations
Responds to RFIs and RFPs.

Technical knowledge:
Knowledge of switching fundamentals.
Knowledge of routing protocols.
Familiar with Nokia routers e.g., 7705, 7250, 7750
Prior management experience
Knowledge of different telecommunications Tools
